1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations & Options
We can ship to countries worldwide where permitted by policy. You can select your address from the shipping options. If your address is not listed, please contact us.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing (additional fee applies).
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected option.

3. Discreet Packaging – Our Promise
Your privacy is paramount. Every Fluxette order is shipped in a plain, unbranded cardboard box. The shipping label will list the sender as “FLXT” or a similar neutral name, with no indication of the contents inside. This ensures complete confidentiality from our warehouse to your doorstep.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

5. International Orders, Customs & Import Duties
Important for International Customers: We are working to expand! For any future international shipments, please note:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your item price or shipping cost.
  • We cannot predict or control these charges, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information.
  • Any delays due to customs are beyond our control.

6. Shipping Delays
While we provide estimated delivery windows, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our direct control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address provided incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
