We are dedicated to delivering your Fluxette order securely, efficiently, and discreetly. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations and Methods

We ship internationally to destinations available during checkout. If your country or region is unavailable, please contact us at service@fluxette.com before ordering.

Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Additional charges apply.

Available methods and shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected service.

3. Discreet Packaging

Every Fluxette order is shipped in a plain, unbranded package. The shipping label may identify the sender as “FLXT” or another neutral name and will not disclose the contents of the package.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures and clearance times vary by destination and may cause additional delays.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping may also be delayed by public-health emergencies, including epidemics or pandemics. We appreciate your patience if such circumstances affect delivery.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping information before completing your order. Fluxette is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping fees may apply before it can be resent.
