At Fluxette, your privacy isn’t just a policy—it’s a core principle. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. This Privacy Policy explains our practices in detail. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services for you.
Mobile App, Device, Bluetooth and SDK Data
When you use the Fluxette mobile application (“App”), we may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve the App.
Device and App Information: This may include your device model, operating system version, App version, language, time zone, network information, IP address, device or installation identifiers, connection status, crash reports and diagnostic logs.
Bluetooth Data: The App may request Bluetooth or “Nearby Devices” permission to discover, connect to and control compatible Fluxette products. During this process, the App may process the product’s Bluetooth identifier, connection status, firmware version, battery status and control commands. Bluetooth access is used to provide product connectivity and control features.
On certain Android versions, the operating system may require location permission for Bluetooth device discovery. Fluxette does not use this permission to collect your precise location unless a feature clearly requires it and you provide separate consent.
App Permissions: Depending on the features you use, the App may request permission to access Bluetooth, nearby devices, notifications or other device functions. Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature. You may manage or withdraw permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent certain App features from working.
Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers: The App may use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) and service providers for functions such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, push notifications and App performance monitoring. These providers may process limited device, network, usage-event and diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies and our instructions.
We do not sell App, Bluetooth or device data. We use this information only to provide App functionality, maintain product connectivity, troubleshoot problems, protect security and improve performance.
For questions about App permissions, Bluetooth data or third-party SDKs, contact service@fluxette.com.

Examples: name, email address, shipping/billing address, phone number, and payment details. Please note: We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Transactions are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our site, we automatically gather certain data via cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with our site.
