To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it (unused, undamaged).
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

Important Health & Hygiene Notice:
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging, unless it is determined to be defective upon arrival. This is a strict hygiene standard we uphold.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@fluxette.com within the return window. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved (e.g., for an unopened item or a verified defect), we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, using the discreet outer shipping box provided in your original delivery.
  4. Attach the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

4. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for defective items or errors on our part. For returns of unopened items, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at service@fluxette.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the unopened one for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
